Audio/Video/Photo Consent & Release 

I give EHWLC (Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College) the following permission to use the media (audio, video or images) taken of me by EHWLC either alone or included with others.

I acknowledge that use of the media is in EHWLC’s sole discretion to use, display, and edit for length in connection with EHWLC’s educational activities, events, marketing or promotional presentations and materials.

I release and discharge EHWLC from all claims and liabilities in connection with EHWLC’s use of the media, including all claims for defamation or based on rights of privacy or publicity.

I affirm that I have read the foregoing and fully understand it.
